how do i know if turboed, right now the account says it reserved but when micro looks it up it doesnt even come up

Depends, usually a couple hours this happened to me before and lasted like 2 hours, but I had my turbo running so I could claim it.

Not sure,
As long as he didn't tell anyone the tag(or if nobody notice it go into limbo), then he should be okay running a turbo on his tag.
