Lookin for some help

Hey, lookin for some help as i just built a new computer and im not sure whats goin on..everytime i open a rs2hd client i get "error_game_js5connect"

Are you talking about the www.Runescape.com client? If so, you should contact them on their official forums, @ the tech support forum. Or email/submit a bug report.

If you're talking about an RSPS client, it would be best to contact the owner of the RSPS.

That means the server you are trying to connect to is offline.

Yes, open it and search for 'server =' and then edit the ip to yours, usually it's preset to 127.0.0.1 if you downloaded a source package.

Alright, im gonna try that right now and yea i did DL a source package

EDIT: 'server =' isn't found in client.java..now im utterly confused lol

Search for "127.0.0.1"

you need to find the ip/port and change it to yours, aswell as you need to portforward

i portforwarded, 127.0.0.1 did not show up and the ip SHOULD be 127.0.0.1 already

Hmm, then you'll need to find where they keep the IP, and see what that is. Try finding 'ServerIP' or 'IP'.
