Lol should I jack this tag?

Lol I've been tempted to take this guys account ever since I met him. It's very OG but its spaced, once the v1 is gone it will easily be worth $500. I have him added and I've became his friend, he doesn't play on the account because he joined a clan and its been inactive for a while (like 4 months). I doubt he even has his CC on the account, but I'm asking FK If I should hack it because I only want to jack this account if I can keep it and be sure I won't get console banned over it. I'm also asking because I want some advice from FK on this as well. The guy doesn't know what it's worth and probably won't even know to call MS, but what's the chance that when someone calls in there tag MS will actually get it back for him? I ask because when I called in on one of my stolen gamertags they told me since there was no CC on the account it's better off just to make a new one.
 
Seems legit. If you like it enough then go for it ;) just don't recover it for a while once you do so you know it's secure

Well the main problem is, when will he notice it's gone? I've had a couple ideas as of what to do to prevent him from getting his account.

1) Use TheCommunists Method (Most likely will work but might get patched or found out)
Or
2) Put Code of Conduct in everything and impersonate Microsoft and call the owner and tell him his account has been banned. (If anyone can verify, putting CoC in my bio won't ban me right? Lol I have this weird feeling I might get banned for impersonation or something stupid.

And that's about all the good ideas I have. I want this to be my main account so I'm being pretty precautions.
 
Whats the GT? You should of atleast said it. Send me a PM of the tag.

Sadly I won't say the tag for several reasons. I want to wait till I have it & people will probably just turbo it until the v1 resets. Sucks I know...
 
You should try and tag swap it by the sounds of this guy he probably won't even realize that his tag has been changed.

Not swappable, a v1 exists.

Just do it man, He sounds like a complete retard.
Or you could message him on his clan account and ask to play on It but really it will just be your main.

Lol if I swap it the tag is gone forever. And the second idea is actually not that bad. This guy will most likely fall for ANYTHING, so I'd rather find a way to keep it.

Can you PM the tag once you have it.
Or If you trust me just OM me the tag now sounds like you have a nice tag on your hands
