ingredients
1 tape back of a kilo and a quarter
5 orange juice
1 cup sweet wine
4 cloves garlic
1 cup olive oil
10 tablespoons sugar
How to fillet baked with orange

Tie the ribbon back and season. Place on a baking oven with oil and garlic unpeeled. Place in the preheated oven at 200 degrees until browned. Add the wine and 10 minutes.
While making the orange juice and the skins (after taking away the inside) to cut thin strips (see photo). Add the juice and leave the meat until tender (1 hour).
Put the orange to a boil with sugar and some water. About an hour.
Mix the juice with the orange flesh, cut and serve hot.
Tip:
Candied orange peel is also very good to microwave, it takes less time.
Serve with mashed potatoes.
The recipe was my mother (who was de Aranjuez) always for Christmas.
