Logo Design

I've recently started a small t-shirt company within my city.
I have requests for shirts out the butt and figured it was time to introduce a logo.

The brand name is Half Cat (long story).
I would like either the logo to be a H and a C, or
preferably a cartoon of half a boy half a cat.

I am looking to pay about $20 for a png and pdf of the logo.
