Since @Philly and the other staff implemented the Loans section, I think that that is a good opportunity for those interested in scamming. So, to try and defeat some of the retardation in the community (of loaning to non-trusted members), we should make it so ONLY upgraded members may create a thread, though any and all members may post/loan.

I do not agree. Some non upgraded members are actually very trustworthy. Such as @Shaine
And, it says deal with caution in the section for a reason. People should be able to pick who they deal with. Also, most loans you get something to keep as leverage.

Such as: Ask around, see who've they dealt with Previously to see if they're trustworthy. Make sure they're not just a Scammer. because sometimes even Upgraded members scam.
That's just My opinion. Just because someone's not upgraded, Doesn't mean they aren't a Decent Person.

Just don't be a fucking moron and fall for shit like this. A good noob like me won't just ask away for shit at 7 posts. That doesn't mean don't deal with them, it just means use your brain. Some upgraded people are just rich, and some unupgraded people like me either don't see the advantages of spending cash on a forum for a userbar, or don't have the cash to upgrade but would never scam. I can upgrade right now, does that make me trusted?

And most people upgrade via Koins, which isn't really supporting the site although you have to post to receive them.
