do u pvp? or do dungs? as on my 87 warrior i found out that arms is best for both

I have an iLvl 473 PvE set.
I also have a full heroic tank set (minus a couple non-heroic items, but close enough)
As well as I have a full PvP set. 3 pieces of Molevolent (trinket, bracers, and shoulders), and i get my PvP weapon next week. The rest is Dreadful, minus belt and boots.

I main arms for PvE and PvP, and tank random heroics for quicker que's and Valor capping, but i am fury atm testing a few things out, since I got the new Sha weapon from LFR (as you can see on my armory page. Sha-Touched weapons are basically early legendary-level weapons for MoP) I do plan to go back to Arms though, as I don't really like Fury that much. I can't get the rotation down like I can in Arms, it doesn't feel right. It's too hard to keep my rage up enough.
 
Ik, i started of in fury, and arms is way easier for rage

Haven't really pvped in a while, don't really have as much time as I did before.
