Limited PayPal [Withdraw]

Ok, I've had a limited PayPal with $110 in for about 8 months now. After 180 days, PayPal lets you withdraw the money in your paypal account into your bank account.

I will give somone full access to my paypal account so they can transfer my money into their bank account and pay me back with paypal. So, you get $110 in your bank account and you will send me $80 in paypal. You will make a $30 profit!

The reason why I can't do this is because I don't have a bank account or know how to work one

Yes, after 180 days you can withdraw the money into your bank account.

You can withdraw to a bank account or send the money as a check to an address.

I'm pretty sure you don't have to have the same name as the bank account. You just have to have the routing number, account number, etc.
