Pro tip: With cleans and snatches, pop you hips out as hard as you can when the bar is about 80% of the way up your thigh. When I started doing this on top of trying to jump off the ground while doing these lifts, I noticed my max jump up 30 lbs right off the bat for cleans and 25 for snatches. I use to get 175 and like 95...
