I tracked it down by looking at @"michael"'s @"michael the 2nd" UID, and since you guys made it almost exactly at the same time I went one number on the UID up and found it. So, do I get the detective award for cracking down on @leader @philly?

That is impossible. What he did was change his username via ModCP, which doesn't appear on the username history.
