laptop help

need to factory reset it asap. I have already made a thread, but I can't bump it because grave digging, and no one really helped apart from @Swish

Need help on resetting it. 

It's a Toshiba Satellite c660.  Any help pls super nerds?

Nope. didn't work :/ I had to press F8 or something.
