Its for J-tags/RGH's, say if you got banned you can unban yourself by buying a new KV and replacing your old one.

Honestly, I'm not sure any forum with a high population of exploited console owners lets you sell them. If you have an AIM, I would suggest going onto Se7ensins, TTG, etc. and PM people with exploited consoles about your service.
