Its for J-tags/RGH's, say if you got banned you can unban yourself by buying a new KV and replacing your old one.
 
Might want to head over to another forum, bud. Not many people work with exploited consoles here.

Oh ok, which one should go to ? sorry aha i didn't realize, i thought this would be the right place coz i saw some other people post about selling kv's.

Honestly, I'm not sure any forum with a high population of exploited console owners lets you sell them. If you have an AIM, I would suggest going onto Se7ensins, TTG, etc. and PM people with exploited consoles about your service.

Ok, but se7ensins and TTG dont allow Kv sellers to sell and stuff..
