I will post a warning within that page warning people to check names before completing purchase, as well as stating again no refunds just so people that don't know will easily know.

It takes a second or two to search the username, Philly shouldn't have to refund everyone who fails to do so. There are far more important things that I'm sure Philly is taking care of.

The absolute only reason why I cannot, and will not issue any refunds for this reason, or offer a free change is because there is absolutely no way to verify each transaction. So basically anyone could come to me and say they tried, and it didn't work and they would essentially get a free change, after that spreading for a day or two half the forum will be pming me lying to get a free change. If there was a way to verify each transaction within the setup I would totally issue the Koin refund, or offer a free change.

idk i had 1.73 koins and @"hightops" gave me 1 koin after i did it had .73 left and he gave me the rest he had, so he can kind of vouch i tried.
