tootsie said:I keep healthy with water, vitamins and 4 days a week I walk. I walk for about 1-2 hrs. and feel so good after doing it. I also kick the soccer ball around a few days a week with my son.
I Am God said:I keep myself healthy with doing exercises, such as jogging. But I also do Push-ups and sit-ups. That how I stay healthy and fit. I also am not fat.

Olive oil is a good alternative if we really can't avoid oils although it's more expensive than the usual palm oil, but if we think of the good effects it gives, it will be wiser in the long run. Yes exercising is good to keep you healthy but lately I have no time to do that so when I go up an establishment, I try to climb stairs rather than ride an elevator or escalator, that's a passive way of exercising. The most we could do to take care of ourselves is by drinking lots of water because it flushes out all the toxins of the body.

I also play sports, especially basketball. I rarely go on the treadmill and stuff, it's pretty boring, just running on a moving ground.
