And it is scientifically proven, I'm not getting pervert here but that's the form of exercise for me... don't get me wrong. You are exerting a lot of efforts when making it and it can really make you perspire, which is the same way when you are doing other exercises. Proven to help you maintain a healthy heart and good cardiovascular system. Gives you a good endurance as well and uncluttered blood vessels.

I keep healthy with water, vitamins and 4 days a week I walk. I walk for about 1-2 hrs. and feel so good after doing it. I also kick the soccer ball around a few days a week with my son.

yeah, I agree with these, my fat aunt get slimmer every week by doing this same routine everyday. She can see results before and after, so I guess it's way to healthier life.
 
just keep on exercise and eat veggies and don't do drinking smoking in that way you could be healthier and you can reach your life to the fullest
 
I try to eat foods with little or less oil only. Olive oil is a good alternative if we really can't avoid oils although it's more expensive than the usual palm oil, but if we think of the good effects it gives, it will be wiser in the long run. Yes exercising is good to keep you healthy but lately I have no time to do that so when I go up an establishment, I try to climb stairs rather than ride an elevator or escalator, that's a passive way of exercising. The most we could do to take care of ourselves is by drinking lots of water because it flushes out all the toxins of the body.
 
I am doing exercise everyday..drink 8 glasses of water everyday.eat fruits and vegetable more than meat.have a sleep at least 8 hours a day it keeps you skin also healty.
 
Funny thing really.Instead of getting slimmer,I wanna gain fats.With that,I will be able to turn those fats into muscles.That also depends how I get fat.Eating ice-creams and chocolates and other junk food are one way.That method will probably shorten my lifespan haha!I'm growing fat by eating half boiled eggs,oatmeal and other nutritious stuff really.So it's like getting fat the ''healthy'' way :p

that's so wise of you, mate. that's a good practice. keep doing that. it'll keep you healthy :)

so did it work? u gained weight? if so, i might probably do that so i could gain some weight. haha. just a little.
 
for me keeping a healthy body by just doing a daily exercise.


3 times a week of work out.


playing basketball in the afternoon.

Actually that is true. There are a lot of health benefits when you are into coitus (medical term for "sex). It will lower blood pressure and overall stress reduction. It also boost immunity because when doing it once or twice in a week will enhance the production of your immunoglobulin A or IgA that somewhat prevent you of having cold or infections. Sex burns calories, too! Thirty minutes of sex burns more or less 85 calories. Improves cardiovascular health and the like.

Other than physical health, sex improves relationship and self-esteem which accounts to your emotional and psychological health.

Okay. Now for my answer, I eat a balanced-diet. I seldom eat meat and prefer veggies. I do exercise in a daily basis.

I agree with you. I even read articles regarding sex is a good exercise. At first I don't believe it but they explained it in that article. For me, I always run in the morning. I always make sure that I run when I woke up early. I even starting to eat veggies (before I hate it) to be healthy. Drinking a lots of water helps me too.
 
I don't eat junk food at all; well, I stay away from them. If I'm at a party and everyone's eating pizza, I'll join in. I mean, I don't want to be eating an apple while they're eating pizza. But if I'm on my own or with my family, I eat healthy foods.

I also play sports, especially basketball. I rarely go on the treadmill and stuff, it's pretty boring, just running on a moving ground.
