I might buy this from a friend and he tells me it could be sold for $150, what is it worth if I don't recover it on my console?

Since you are new and it was turboed, you prob would sell it for around 150.00

Well the guy who turboed it told me it was scammed from the OG owner, I don't know if I believe that but I may just buy this tag.
