I just want to put on some muscle mass I'm 16 weigh 137lbs & am 5'8ft tall so what's the best routine to get toned & add definition? I've read you have to work out all places if you want to get better in one area? & should I look into supplements? Just wanna get toned & decent sized. Not like hulk hogan or some shit
