Since you bled so much from such a small piece my guess is that it's going to fade out pretty soon. If it leads to an infection which is probable then ink will most likely just get rejected (pushed out) your skin in the healing process and it'll no longer be there. If you used pen ink then you can definitely expect the infection.

I got mine covered a few months after lol.
