When a tag is open but cannot be claimed. Happens to tags that just get swapped. Happens sometimes but @Rude has had it happen to every tag he has swapped.

Not true, I've had tags glitch on me but never go into limbo. I had a feeling this would be the one that would but I was naive and did it anyway. :/
