Just changing the layout.

I just want your feedback on the small changes in the layout.

This includes the flashing new-posts-in-the-forum image, new thread icons and the new "Go to the latest post" image.

Also removed the post icons

I found a bug, when you are on the home page and see the recent activity when you go to click Last Post: it just redirects you to the home page.
Also i think we need a section for bugs.

And on the index page you can't click on last post on the index?
