well, that's definitely a hand I think that the two last fingers have something wrong with the perspective (maybe it's the way you draw the fingernails), but it's cool anyway

The last two fingers look like worms a bit and the thumb is looking broken to me.

But I really like the curves of the palm they look awesome.

It's ok but as others said, the fingers look slightly out of proportion. The thumb and left finger look good though.

I'd also say don't press so hard with your pencil. Your line work is very aggressive.

Rather than altering the pressure for a lighter/darker shade, you should build up layers.
So for a dark shadow, build up lots of light shading until it becomes dark.
This will not only give a more realistic look, but will also prevent light from reflecting off your page.

I'm sure they say a hand is one of the hardest things to draw.
You've pulled it off well except the small mishaps such as the proportion of the fingers.
