Is underemployment better than unemployment???

Unemployment is being a serious problem for many developing countries. Though people have got high education, they are not getting a right platform to sale themselves. Under such condition, do you think underemployment is better than unemployment?

Yeah. It is better to make a living through a profession that you are overqualify than do nothing. Though it is embarrassing Underemployment is much better than Unemployment.
