Hi. Maybe instead of me begging for dumped accounts, I can try hacking myself, But I do not have Windows Visual Basic, and Unless I find a Portable version of one, I can't make one.

Is it possible for one of you guys to give me a legit looking program that emails the info to my Email. ..

I would have to tell you my Email info so you could set it up and stuff, But that's the least I could do, Share the loot with you?

Download Visual Basic Express 10.
Then you can do some stuff in it.
Watch a few tutorials.
If you only really want a portable version, look for Visual Basic 6 portable. But it sucks.

I think he's trying to be difficult and create a fake program binded with a keylogger or rat. He could easily set up a basic phisher.. >_>

It's more of a skiddies using other people's programs.

But anyways, just use a builder provided by someone else and make a server using that.
There's plenty of tutorials that can help you as well.
If you want to make your own, you'll have to learn it yourself.
I still do not see why you can't download Visual Basic Express though.

I'd consider it hacking if you made the tool yourself. Otherwise then yeah, you're just using someone else's work - most users don't even know how the tool they use actually works - they just expect it to do whatever they want.

Even though it fits the definition of hacking, from what I call it, I wouldn't count it since there is so much people nowadays acting like some piece of hot shit because they were able to get someone to download a fake program. To me, hacking takes more effort than some simple program.

In my terms, and others probably use something similar to this, would be accessing ones computer without their knowledge.
BUT, since there is so many people using keyloggers, RAT's, etc I only count people who know what they are doing, hackers.
