Sent a email in Microsoft they refunded the 6k Microsoft points waiting for other one.

Well the guy is pretty stupid for leaving his rs password as his email password and his xbox password and he doesn't change it at all.
 
So because he used the same password for two things he deserved to have real life cash taken from him? Please use some logic before you talk.
 
Spending that amount is, and you could get done for fraud.

Just think of the possibility that some innocent kid will be getting yelled at by his parents because nearly $100 was spent with their credit card, and if they're a poor family, that's even worse. The kid will be getting the blame because after all, he's likely the only one that uses the Xbox. Sure, he didn't do it, but how are his parents supposed to believe that someone just up and took their credit card details?..
He might not know that you used the credit card via his email, and so the only thing he can say is 'I don't know.' His parents could tear him apart for something he didn't do.

A basis for a first offence in specific states in Aus is around $6,000 for first fraudulent offence under $1,000. Repeat offenders can face imprisonment.

Also my response was merely hypothetical..

I think because americans are sheltered from such things idk.

But heres what will happen, when his parents get credit card statement they will see $100 charge which isnt theres, now they will phone there bank and tell them theres an unauthorized transaction and have to proove they never made it, once prooven they will be awarded there money back and some greedy $100000 billion banker will lose $100.

Dude im pretty fucked up person when it comes to hacking and fraud and even i wouldnt have done that, maybe jacked the xbox account, but to fraud credit jeez >.< but if your going to do it....might as well checkemail and pass and see if he has a paypal X[)
