If you're looking to use RSBuddy, I'd look on their forums or ask there, I'm sure a developer can help you. But I don't see it being possible :\

I don't think it will because the item ID's are different.

I quit the server anyways, I got to 190m Farming experience and when I woke up I was rolledback to 144m. Stupid shit.
