I don't think you can remove it Franchise,
Unless you swap it to a US account.
I might be wrong though.

Ok, from what I can tell, you can't have an active subscription on your account, so you'll have to call MSFT to either cancel it or wait until it lapses so you can remove your payment methods. However, if you call MSFT, you might as well have them remove the billing at the same time ...
