Is it starting of 2 nd global recession ?

Today( 5 august ) is another bad day for global stock markets. All major indices is red with more than 3 %. First Greece crisis and now America crisis have a negative sentiment on world economy. Many economist think it is a starting of 2 nd recession. What do you think about this ?
