Is it safe to trust powerbot again?

I was wondering if you guys thought Powerbot is safe to use again. I was wondering because I was thinking of buying iDungeon, but I dont want to get it if their's a risk or getting my account hacked.
 
I've seena lot of people using it lately, or talking about using it. I wouldn't know though tbh
 
I doubt that it is infected anymore but if you can update through SVN you will be fine.
 
I don't like it one bit...The forums use to be a great community but at this point it's just a warzone about that guy named paris and the such....I'm going to stay out of it for a while. I think it's safe now but later it may become unsafe without notice.

He's just saying it's better to be safe than sorry? Nobody ever thought that there'd be a huge hacking of accounts through powerbot, and it happened. How do we know it won't happen again?
 
I use it but yeah, I don't have my password entered because what I've found:

After 6 hours it goes to lobby, you don't have to enter user + pass? So it just clicks click to play and gets in? Just enter random user + pass + real pin.

Also disable UID.
 
ive been using this bot at the time it was infected at the time after infected and the time before infected and guess what? i still have my 7 accounts all my 300 mills so why should i worry? just update through SVN then if you dont trust it...
 
I would say just pick up some auth around the community and use NeXus. It is perfectly safe. GoSt is going to hack powerbot again sometime he wants to get people to trust it first though.
 
You're all addicts. You know the drug is never safe but you do it anyway. :laugh:
 
I recommend using RSbuddy floyd,trust me great bots do randoms better etc, a lot more safer than powerbot in my eyes

Isn't Powerbot owned by Gold4Rs now? And I doubt Gold4Rs had all the resources/gold to fill out the thousands of orders that they received... so they hacked all those accounts. Maybe this whole thing is a ruse and they made up fake identities to fool everyone... just my two cents.

Honestly that makes perfect sense. I've never thought about it that way.
@OP: I would just stay away from Powerbot for a while. Just get RSbots.net client or Nexus and get some auths. 100x safer.

Those Asians can't even speak English right, what makes you think they can hack thousands of accounts? :p
 
Client is safe as far as I know. I don't see the point in using it though.. Just use Rsbots or Perfect scripts and you're good to go.

They can hack all of those accounts.. because they have the passwords maybe..?
