Is it possible to strip live/MSP off a banned account?

Is is possible to strip live/MSP off a banned Xbox account? My main got banned but it had at least 12 months of live and 3000 MSP still on it.

it should be possible.
i was talking to xbox about stripping live in general and i think as long as you confirm that the account is yours and what not... you should be able to
try it

They will not do this. I tried when my account got banned last summer.

Aww shame. I had so much live and MSP that I earned legitimately off silly kids on TTG, Xbox, and YouTube...
