Is it a risk to use Swiftkit?

I doubt it, a lot of people use SwiftKit. It's not like its a bot and JaGex know that. Plus how would they have any idea that your using it?

They extremely recommend against using it as any "Update" could be a keylogger but it's perfectly within the rules.

If the creator of swiftkit decided to plant an undetectable botnet within it, it'd be like 50x worse than what occurred with the rsbot hacking because I know a large amount of wealthy/near maxed players use swiftkit

It's not against the rules, back in '06 and '07 there was a big thing on rs about swiftswitch is what it used to be called, but jagex made them change alot of things which they did, and changed the name to skiftkit, so yes it's perfectly fine to use it, but it's at your own risk.
