I'd appreciate a more positive attitude towards debating like Cannibal has had.

It's not like you can disprove that anyways.

Religion overall has started too many wars, and caused way too much pain to be acceptable in my mind.
 
Sorry if I came off as edgy. I just don't like making a valid point and being ignored.

It is a fact that the disease of religion has caused a great set-back in technological advancement and evolving as a race as a whole. You can not bring up the few positive things that have cone of a religion and let that define it's effect on the world as a whole.

Speaking of scholarly sources, the bible sure seems to meet those standards. It would make so much sense for me to have to provide scholarly sources and you to be able to hide behind the bible.

Not checkmate, the Bible is a historical book. Also, I've provided a logical answer to every argument made to me.

Funny how when I was on my mobile you didn't give me a chance to answer :p
 
No matter how you cut the cake, you cant claim the bible to be a credible or valuable source in a debate as your request for a scholarly source. Not even close. For that exact reason I just cant take religious people seriously. How illogical.

As for the graph I promised you, I dug for a good ten minutes I cant find it. I originally saw it posted on a facebook page and loved it, so I will ask the owner of the page if he/she can find it for me.

Logical does not mean correct though. You bring up good points, but none of them are facts.

sit down and read the bible dude lol. there's also prophecies that we see now modern day. the show Revolution?? based on the bible. read and you will figure it out.

Most Christians don't even read the bible. lol, no way you're going to get a non-believer to do it.

@Comet... just because there's no facts doesn't mean it can't be real/true.
 
Gandhi read the Bible daily and he wasn't Christian.
