Actually many people thinks childrens should not be allowed to watch cartoons. It is true in that sense that it makes them dull for watching cartoons long time. It is better to provide them few hour to watch cartoons coz cartoons also helps them to provide knowledge.
There're so many crappy cartoons for "children" out there. I wouldn't be surprised if studies found that if children watched something witty and with even a slight amount intelligence versus something purely random and with characters that do whatever the hell they feel like at any given moment (I forgot the word, it's on the tip of my tongue), then I'm sure the former children would grow up to be much more intelligent and successful than the latter.

well i don not think cartoons programmer is good for the children.Most of the children do watch the cartoons almost whole day and night whenever they were free.They do not care about their study . It can hamper their brain and eye-sight.I am not fully against it,but most of the cartoons show are based on actions that creates a violence .Violence in cartoons in some way affects the children and the other people.It is believed that whatever is seen at the cartoons,children will praise certain show and characters featured and try to be like them.They look up their hero and wants to do everything that the person does.So i do believe that such kind of cartoons will increase physical aggressiveness among the children and violent criminal behaviour.
