Is a low ping good or a high ping good?

The ping is how fast you connect to the server/ip.
So obviously if the the milliseconds to connect are lower the better connection to it.

Ping is how fast your info is sent and recieved from their servers. Think of it as like seconds. I would rather load a page in 2 sec than 15 sec.

Not really lol. I have 5 up and like 1 down (bad connection) and my ping is 8 last time I did the speed test.
