Well since I'm earning enough money and was paying the same amount for pre paid credit a month, thought may aswell get an iphone with unlimited txt and calls.

I believe that has actually changed, if not, that's quite stubborn of Apple.

You can register online at apple or through your iPhone when in the app store.

You can buy iTunes cards so you don't need PayPal just $ or any form of card.
You have iTunes credit and that's what it charges you off, not credit bill.
