Are you implying that you are a multi-accounter?

That is the only you could truly know about the old activity to do this. It's basically been the same as it ever was, if not more lively.

Still, the annoying factor comes in when a person tries to say they're 'attempting to save' the site's activity. We have never had a problem with it, everything has been the same if not improved..

I think it was slightly more active with Crate, Cole, Tupac, Christy, etc. around. I've been enjoying myself nonetheless.
 
Half of these members are lowkey old members anyways.
 
I have referred quite a lot of active members. It is fairly easy to get someone to sign up and stay.

You don't like me because I'm a Hack-Forums member? Kind of prejudiced don't you think? Even if you're not directing this towards me, still, not everyone on HF is bad.

As far as activity goes, this site is pretty dead compared to how it was a year ago. I do enjoy the people that are here, I just know that we have a lot of dead sections that only get thread/replies every month or so.

They aren't popular sections. You are incorrect, the activity has grown. 200-300 users online very often and 4,000+ coming in from time to time is a huge jump. Before it was the same online often, cut the number of users signing up and checking in half.

I feel this was a thread to put a bad taste in mouths on our current state in general when there is nothing wrong.
 
If we do bring it back, I'll be required to get 200+ posts a day like I used to.

I don't want it to put a bad taste in your mouth. I want you to be excited that we're going to bring in a bunch of new members! You may not think that my opinion about the activity of the forum is correct, but to me, I've been on forums for the better half of my life, and I know (Or at least like to think I do) whether or not a community is active (And I mean like super active) or not.
 
I like what you're trying to do here, Fireworks. Hopefully this can work out. I'll try to spread the word on some other forums.

The activity on the site has died down a little bit man. There's no denying that. I think you just wanted to come to somebodies thread and be a complete pessimist and talk down on what somebody wants to do.

Well, I do appreciate your efforts, and would like to see another purge of new and loyal users, but I'm only pointing out that there still isn't a major issue.

Even if there isn't a "Major Issue", wouldn't you fix a small crack on the foundation of your tower even if a disaster wasn't foreseeable in the future?

I've been here for a year+ a couple of months, but lost my account due to some weird reason where I can't login. I miss the old community and wish it would come back :p
