Tracy: I see, the reason I ask is that the 48 hour trials are not full gold trials. What they unlock is gold access to the specific game that it came with. Sadly, even if redeemed before purchasing the deal of the week, you would not have qualified for the special gold member price as it is not a full gold membership
Jordan: Well is there any way i could get refunded? then maybe i would have to go out tomorrow and buy a 1 month subscription card?
Tracy: I'm sorry Jordan, customer support does not have a way to issue a refund for digital content purchasd.
Jordan: Well i was charged double the amount which the offer says? why should i have to pay the full price? when i am going to buy my membership tomorrow is there any way since i paid 1600 for the content to get 800 back then when i activate my 1 month i can buy the other DLC for 400?
Tracy: The special offer is for gold members only, even with a 48 hour trial, it is not a full membership. Sadly being that you purchased today, before adding a full gold membership on the account, customer support does not have the ability to issue a refund for a non refundable digital purchase.
Tracy: Unfortunately, just to make you aware, subscription cards are only available in 3 and 12 months for purchase, 1 month codes are not sold by retailers
Jordan: well is there anything i can do, even if i bought a 3 month or 12 and then came to support tomorrow when i activated it is there anything you can do then?
Tracy: I can make no guarantees Jordan, however if you would like to try, absolutely, come back. I'm sorry I'm not able to do that for you today.
Jordan: Well i was hoping to buy both DLC packs since there on offer and i was going to buy the full game from the shops tomorrow with my new console and membership, is there anyway to get 300 points added so i can purchase the other DLC considering i was not aware of the details of the offer?

Jordan: i have had an issue with a friend before when he was bullied because of his gamertag and support gave him 800 microsoft points FREE to change it
Tracy: I'm afraid we don't, that ability was removed from us due to abuse of they systme
Jordan: there must be some way i can have it removed and get a refund considering i have not even downloaded it to a console yet.
Tracy: There is not I'm afraid as the licence is attached to the account it was purchased on as soon as you confirmed the purchase
Jordan: well is there any way i could get the other dlc pack for 500 points? today?
Tracy: Sadly, any special provisions we used to be able to offer to our customers has been removed from customer supports ability. I'm sorry Jordan, we do not have the ability to override prices of DLC

Tracy: Unfortunately, it has been removed from our systems Jordan. There is no longer the ability to add points to an account or refund DLC.
Jordan: So there is absolutely no way to refund the purchase or add the other dlc to my account? you promise me?
Tracy: That is correct. Customer support does not have the ability any longer to refund points or make a partial refund of points.
Jordan: Well i guess i have too buy more points, that sucks im starting to question weather i should buy a gaming pc or ps3 instead.

Tracy: I haven't had the chance to fully check out Black Ops 2, but what I had tried, I liked. I generally like the CoD games going back to WaW
Jordan: I like WAW but there is too many hackers/modders on there i joined a zombies game and i was standing there and the guy was flying it was crazy.
Tracy: I haven't played WaW in a long time, it wasn't much fun the last time I tried
Tracy: Maybe I was a bit off in my aim, but I unloaded a full clip into a guy standing there and he shot me once and DEAD
Jordan: i mostly play at my friends but i am buying my own console tomorrow would you recommend any games?
Tracy: The new Assassins Creed is really good. I've been enjoying that very much.
Jordan: interesting i seen the trailer and it does look good but some people have recommended Halo 4? what do you think about that?
Tracy: I haven't tried that myself yet, however, I have quite a few coworkers who are loving that game so far :o)
Jordan: sounds good i may buy a few of these new games tomorrow i was thinking about far-cry the new one.
Tracy: I haven't heard much about that game to be honest, but that doesn't mean its a bad game :)
Jordan: its fairly new ive seen a TV advert for it and it looks awesome

Tracy: 48 hours used to unlock for everything, however, after a recent update, they now are only able to unlock gold access for the game that they come with.
