LMAO this is priceless, sucks for the guy getting his account hacked. Him not being able to get his account back is the weird part. As far as I know, once stolen and you call Xbox and go through the process etc.... Then they ask for serial number of Xbox and confirm its yours then they just get the account back. The whole "sorry sir can't get your account back" is BS if they tell you that. Their usually say "we can't see the email so therefore we can't get the account back" if the email part was true then they wouldn't be able to reset unused accounts. @Agony I believe the guy didn't do the whole process right on getting it back. WEIRD
