Why I never understood this I know just as well as you do that you don't even have these so why should we waste are time appraising them for your ungreatful ass than once we do we won't get no god damn thank you back. Do you realize how stupid you sound? People also get things they don't own appraised all the time, that's kinda the point in finding out what something is worth before a purchase etc.
