Have you ever gone to your Instagram profile settings and it gives you the following message? 'You need an email or confirmed phone number.'

Well, it kept happening to me recently and I've found a simple way to bypass that, simply CLICK ON the following link and it'll enable you to change anything on the account.

https://instagram.com/accounts/edit/# - The /# will enable you to change your account settings without verifying your account.

It was rather annoying because whenever I tried to swap an account it kept giving me that message.

Mine does this even after confirming everything, I've just stopped using IG on the web.

I usually click on edit profile over on the left and it works. All this is doing is reloading the same page which is same as doing that or refreshing
