I wouldn't say that much. It's a random two character and I remember it being sold here quite a few times. I would say $30 and up to $40 to someone who doesn't know the past ownership of it.

No two characters go for that high. Some people just don't prices at all. 0d means nothing and is honestly just not that great in my opinion. For 60 you'll get ripped unless you are keeping it for a main. If you try to resell you won't get near what you bought it for in return.
