I'm not even mad and this might involve people bidding but that does not make it an auction. This is an auction.

And looking back, saying

then following it up with what you said is almost a contradiction. Why would you say that you can but only under certain circumstances. You should have just told me only if no one else outbids me instead of, "I can but only if."

We even had a date for a sale, correct?

Almost everyone on these forums call these auctions, as that is what they most closely represent. Whatever we call it doesn't even really matter, I don't see why it is a big deal. Yes, I guess we had a date, but you were not online that day, I was the whole day as my phone keeps me online 24/7. Instead, another person offered a higher bid on that day, and I accepted. We don't need to get technical about this. You don't need to tell me the international rules of an auction or correct or find a loophole my grammar. Again, I apologize if you got confused or if you are disappointed, but nearly all of the auctions (or sales, buyings) of gamertags are like this.

I posted in -this- thread during that day. I was on in the morning and for a four-hour period later in the day. Don't tell me I wasn't on during that day.

We agreed to talk on AIM, that's what I was on. I really don't feel like arguing with you anymore, this is the way we sell gamertags, pretty much everywhere. It would be sort of stupid not to go for a higher bid, and that's what I did. I really apologize for anything you misinterpreted, but I am trying to sell something. If anyone can bid any higher or has any of there own bids (the current bidder seems a little fishy) which may be a bit lower than the higher bid, I may accept.

Nope. Haven't sold yet. I used this tag when my main account got hacked a few months ago and I still have it. I got it up to level 30ish? In Gears of War 3 and used it in the Battlefield 3 Beta. I'll still take any bids above $60 Paypal or a shitload of MSP. I'm taking like 8,000-10,000 (only because I know you damn hackers can get them for free).

P.S. Sorry I've been gone so long (Philly and Leafs), school has been way too time consuming and when my main account had been hacked, I had had no need to sell and no money to buy. Also I forgot my password because I changed nearly every account I own (email, Xbox, FK, HK) and I forgot this one!

Any bid up guys! If you want proof I can add you on Xbox with it or any other form of proof in private.
