Increased Warning Levels & Removals

Frankly the bullshit on the site has been spiralling for a long time now, it's tiresome and no one would want to join a site where flame wars spring up daily.

Warnings from staff now will be a lot stricter and instead of letting small offences slide ( as always) they will now be flagged and warned.

Any major rule breaking such as posting personal information, this includes ip address's, shall result in a immediate 3 day ban.

1 Warning Offence is as it says a warning
2 Warnings will result in a limit
3 Warnings results in a 1 day ban or longer and potentially other consequences if decided by staff.

Other steps will be taken over the next few days as well.

If the community does show significant improvement then staff action will return to normal.
