Thanks for the positive feedback guys, I went ahead and removed the fee and made it a buy-in fee instead.

You can now apply and get in for free, those that are declined must pay the fee in order to join.

I don't understand this post? The thread still says you have to pay a MONTHLY fee, therefore you didn't remove the fee. My opinion it should just be a one time buy-in thing.
