You need to get a new router for them not to notice, I don't know they did it but when it gets a ban like that the account is also suspended.

Really, it's not the hard, goto TTG ... if you're ip banned, then goto hidemyass and get a free proxy ... probably take you less than an hour to achieve your goal

You should probably read what I said above. It actually is that hard lol, TTG is good with IP banning.

In order to access their forums again you need a new router.
