IG swap question (letter-number)

Are IGs like (example): "j5", able to be swapped? I know IGs like "234"
can't be, but can IGs like the first example be swapped?

Yes they can be swapped, only ones that can't are number only ones because you cannot create usernames with just numbers anymore.
