Oh yeah, I forgot the actual appraisal part. LOL!..

at the state its currently at this moment it would be worth about $15.00

Now if you could turn it into the niche like I said previously and it gains some real followers (2,000-5,000+) (not fake ones) I believe it could be worth twice the amount if not more.
