If you found money,you would return it back?

If you found $20,000 in a brown paper bag on the side of the highway, and there was no way to trace it back to it's original owner, would you keep it or give it to the police?
For me if there's a name i will give it to the police,but if no name in the envelop i will keep it.lol

for me i'll rather keep for i while waiting for someone to claim it anyways there's still a way for you to know if there's someone is looking for it like in news (radio or television). i will not give it to the police man because i don't trust them lol! i'm the one who found it so i'm the one who have the right to own it lol.

i give it to the police, 20000 dollars its very large amount and i belive in honesty is the best policy and give it to the police, the owner of that bag can get this.
Keep it this bag is the cheating and you will be pay this in future so belive in honesty.

It actually depends on your country. Haha, I mean you know, we've got different cultures. I will go ahead and keep it if there's no name on it, or if there's no one claiming it on the tv, newspaper or radio.

Your right mate,even we know that is not the right manner to keep something that we didn't own.but the question is if we give it to the police we never sure also if he would give it to the owner.
much better we give it to one people we trust like radio announcer.

I would probably end up keeping it. If there is no name or idea with it, there is not way to find the owner. If there was someone around looking for money, I might ask them. Otherwise, I would end up keeping it.

I guess most of us thinks this way. If I can find a trace by name or number, of course I will give it back. Otherwise, I might think of donating it in charities for HEALTH purposes. I really care for the poor people who's got no money to pay for a doctor.

I'll definitely keep it to myself since it has no name on it. I have so much good use for it and it can definitely help not only me but others, too.

I probably announce it to the public thru radio/tv station, cos I believe, in every good deeds done to others had a double blessing in return.

I think I will go to a television or radio station and report it there. Sometimes even if the envelop has an identification, I still wouldn't know how safe it would be returning it back. I would definitely be needing media assistance, not that I don't trust the police but I think it's better if the turnover will be transparent, for my peace of mind too.
