It's spelt "hookah", and I'm 16, and I would die for a chance to smoke weed out of a hookah.
If your looking for weed, the best way is just to ask someone who you know smokes it. Say something like "Hey, would you mind buying a gram for me (pull out money to show your serious)?"

And i'm not sure you understand the concept. Weed isn't addictive, and it's no "Gateway drug" like the media states. My first "good" high freaked me out, and I just wanted it to end. But two or three times, and it'll just be reg. I would suggest bringing a cigarette with you when you get baked. Don't get me wrong, don't smoke cig's, they are terribly unhealthy and no one wants to kiss a smoker, but it boosts you high.
