I [NEED] to get to sleep in the 3 hours, BUT

You know when you have these random feels you want to do something all of a sudden? (If not, then just skip ahead) Well all of a sudden I felt I want to go out for a run tomorrow for like 1-3 hours. But, my sleeping patten is fucked up (I wake up at like 7PM and go bed like 10-11AM). What's the best way to go to sleep in 3 hours for the night even though I woke up about an hour ago?
 
my sleeping pattern gets F'd up also.

what i do is, try to go to sleep at 7-9pm.

eventually you should fall asleep. then when you wake up, stay up all day and go back to sleep same time the next day.

thats how i got back on schedule. by the 2nd or 3rd day you should be back to normal.

Just go to sleep and set an alarm?

I'm asking how do I go to sleep for 7+ hours when I just woke up from a sleep for 7+ hours.

E.G. sleeping for 14 hours with a 3 hour awake time in the middle.
 
Oh that's easy, sleeping pills and an alarm.
 
No to wake up, but get sleep pills then an alarm so your sleeping pills don't keep you asleep for a few days lol.

go to sleep tell someone to wake ur up or some shit
