You know when you have these random feels you want to do something all of a sudden? (If not, then just skip ahead) Well all of a sudden I felt I want to go out for a run tomorrow for like 1-3 hours. But, my sleeping patten is fucked up (I wake up at like 7PM and go bed like 10-11AM). What's the best way to go to sleep in 3 hours for the night even though I woke up about an hour ago?
